Sonke Gender Justice will deploy Fraxion to improve process efficiency and financial control. Fraxion will assist the NPO in planning, directing, organising and controlling future financial resources. Sonke selected the user-friendly cloud solution due to its comprehensive functionality and Fraxion’s growing expertise in the NPO sector.
Sonke will achieve paperless procurement through process automation and unlimited electronic document uploads, replacing manual budget tracking and admin-intensive processes. The expense claim and travel modules will assist Sonke to manage per diems, track expenditure and control costs. Fraxion will streamline processes across Sonke’s distributed procurement and finance departments; they operate across twenty African countries with four branches in South Africa.
Fraxion CEO, Stanton Jandrell said: “By automating processes and enforcing policy compliance, Sonke will not only realise savings in time and costs but will enhance organisational efficiency across locations.”
Sonke Gender Justice is a non-partisan, non-profit organisation, established in 2006. Today, Sonke has established a growing presence on the African continent and plays an active role internationally. Sonke pursues their goals across Southern Africa by using a human rights framework to build the capacity of government, civil society organisations and citizens to achieve gender equality, prevent gender-based violence and reduce the spread of HIV and the impact of AIDS.
