NPO, Uhambo Foundation selects Fraxion to streamline processes and manage costs amid rapid expansion plans

Uhambo Foundation will deploy Fraxion to manage costs, improve process efficiency and replace paper-based processes. The NPO is growing rapidly due to increasing demand for their services in widespread geographical areas. Fraxion will be deployed at the head office in Cape Town and will be rolled-out to national operations across South Africa, SADC Countries and East and West Africa, where current expansion plans are underway.

Fraxion will enable budgeting by activity type to be tracked to care centres and will support the consolidation of total travel costs, expenses and per diem costs associated to these activities. The Time Sheets module will allow real-time capturing and tracking to meet funder requirements. As Uhambo’s teams travel to remote areas they will be able to submit these requests on-the-go, from any device using the cloud solution.
