Fraxion Donates Spend Management Software to African Leadership Academy

Jun 18 2016

African Leadership Academy (ALA) is in the process of implementing Fraxion’s cost containment solution at the Johannesburg based Campus. Fraxion donated the software component of this transaction to the NGO, a worthy recipient due to their contribution to skills development in Africa. ALA identifies, develops and connects the next generation of African leaders by immersing them in the practice of leadership through applied learning, and enabling access to networks of opportunities and resources that will enable their growth.

The sponsorship of the software will give ALA access to technology that will ensure that mandates are correctly carried out according to organisational policy, with the supporting documentation available to verify how donor funds are spent. Fraxion CEO, Stanton Jandrell said: “ The solution will provide ALA with the controls to ensure that donations are used for the programs that they are designated for and assist in optimising funds through smarter spending practices.”

Fraxion’s capabilities are of particular significance to organisations in the NGO and NPO space, where the appropriation of designated funds is paramount. Our solution provides the necessary controls to ensure accountability, improve corporate governance and provide detailed expense tracking with full audit trails.
