Business Situation before Fraxion:
Compass Group SA operates out of three major centres being Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban with smaller satellite offices in East London, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and Nelspruit.
Office expenditure at these locations was controlled on a manual basis whereby service requests were made telephonically by the respective office manager, who then placed the order with the supplier, received the goods or services and requested payment from cash book; a time-consuming and manual process.
