Once a transaction has been processed through the Fraxion Transaction Lifecycle and has been fully approved, receipted and paid, the cycle is only complete when this complete, accurate and valid transaction is recorded in your accounting system.
This way, Fraxion acts as an extension of your existing ERP or accounting software investment while ensuring segregation of duties and enforcing proper matching procedures.
